TM2AS uploads, downloads and disseminates works according to user's instructions, and has always attached great importance to the protection of network copyright and other intellectual property rights as well as user's rights and interests. TM2AS takes the following intellectual property measures in accordance with the Copyright Law of the United States, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Information Network Dissemination and other laws and regulations as well as relevant rules and regulations:

    1. TM2AS conveys the concept of copyright protection to TM2AS users, prompting users not to upload and disseminate infringing works. At the same time, TM2AS strictly reviews the uploaded works, publicizes the basic review standards of TM2AS to network users, and prompts users to strictly abide by laws and regulations and respect the legitimate rights and interests of others.

    2. TM2AS has the right to delete such infringing works at any time without prior notice when it has reason to believe that there are obvious infringements, violations of laws and public interests.

    3. TM2AS respects the copyright of works, supports the right holders (including copyright owners, portrait owners, etc.) to inform TM2AS of the infringement, and cooperates to purify the cyberspace and reduce the occurrence of infringement. TM2AS will delete the suspected infringing works and related contents in a timely manner after receiving the notice of rights that meet the requirements.

    4. TM2AS mobilizes network users to fully supervise the works on TM2AS. TM2AS will verify the reports at the first time, clean up the infringing works in time, and reward the informants as appropriate.

    5. The works of TM2AS downloaded by network users shall be used within the scope of authorization of the works. At the same time, users who download works shall abide by the provisions of the Copyright Law and other relevant laws, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights of this website and the obligee.

    6. TM2AS reserves the right to pursue any third party's infringement of the use of the works of this website. If you infringe the copyright of the works of this website, you will be required to bear the liability for compensation according to the standard of punitive damages for copyright infringement or the statutory compensation standard of up to 500000 US dollars.

Appeal needs to know

The complaining party shall provide the following documents:

    1. Name (name), contact information, address, scanned copy of identity card (natural person), business license of enterprise legal person (unit) and identity certificate of legal representative (unit) of the obligee;

    2. Require to delete or disconnect the exact name and network address of the infringing works, so that TM2AS can find and preliminarily review the suspected infringing works;

    3. Preliminary proof materials constituting infringement, including but not limited to the ownership certificate of the copyright of the work or the right of information network dissemination according to law, as well as the proof of the infringement facts of the suspected infringing works.

    4. The notice shall be signed by the obligee or his legally authorized person, and if it is a unit, it shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit.

    5. The obligee shall be responsible for the authenticity of the notice. If the content of the notice is not true, the obligee will bear all the legal liabilities arising therefrom.

Once we receive a notice that meets the above requirements, we will remove the alleged infringing works within a reasonable time. If the above conditions are not met, we will ask you to provide the corresponding information, and will not take corresponding measures including deletion.

Users who upload works in TM2AS are deemed to agree to the corresponding measures adopted by TM2AS in the case of the preceding paragraph. TM2AS shall not be liable for any breach of contract or any other legal liability. TM2AS will send an email to notify the user who uploaded the work after receiving the above notification. For users who upload suspected infringing works for many times, we will cancel their user qualification.
